Privacy policy

• Email address, if you sign up for a free resource or our email list. We use it to send the resource and occasional useful emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or by writing to us.
• Order details (name, email, shipping address for gear, and what you bought) when you check out. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify, using Shopify Payments. We receive your order information but never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us, such as questions you send us by email.
• Basic visit data, such as pages viewed, device type, and the link that brought you here, collected by the analytics tools described below.

• Shopify: our store, checkout, payments (Shopify Payments), customer records, and email list.
• Printful: prints and ships gear orders. Printful receives your name, shipping address, and the items ordered so it can make and deliver them.
• Vercel: hosts this website.
• Google Analytics: counts visits and shows which links bring visitors to the site. Google Fonts also loads the fonts on this site, which can share your IP address with Google when a page loads.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We also save a small first-party cookie that remembers which link you first came from. Shopify checkout may set cookies needed to complete your purchase. We do not run advertising trackers.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the providers above, only as needed to run the store, deliver your order, and send the emails you asked for, or when the law requires it.

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to be removed from the email list, email jenak.phillips@gmail.com. We will respond within 45 days. Some order records must be kept for tax and accounting purposes. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We rely on Shopify, Printful, and Vercel to store data securely. We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and customer support, and email list records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

This site is meant for teachers, athletic trainers, coaches, and school programs. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
