Terms of service

Curriculum, slide decks, study guides, and other digital products are delivered as files (mostly PDF; some products include slides or spreadsheets). After checkout, download links are sent to the email address you used to order. If your files do not arrive, check your spam folder and then email us.

Digital products come with a single-user license: one purchaser, for their own classroom or program. Files are for the purchaser only and may not be shared with other educators. You may print copies for your own students or athletes. Do not resell, repost, or share our files publicly.

Gear is printed on demand and shipped by our production partner, Printful. Printed to order: usually 2 to 7 business days to make, plus shipping. See the shipping policy. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the printed item.

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Shopify (Shopify Payments) at checkout, and the full total, including shipping and any sales tax, is shown before you pay. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel and refund an order placed at a clearly wrong price.

Digital sales are final once downloaded, except for duplicate purchases or broken or wrong files. Gear is made to order, so we replace or refund damaged, defective, or misprinted items reported within 30 days of delivery, but we do not take returns for size or change of mind. Rehab protocols, forms, and study materials are educational templates for licensed professionals, teachers, and school programs. They are not individual medical advice, and clinical use falls under the purchaser's own license and physician direction. Products are provided as-is, and you are responsible for how you use them.

The text, designs, images, and files on this site belong to Core Elite Health Services LLC unless noted otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by your product license.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US law. If a problem comes up, please email us first; most issues can be solved quickly that way.
