What format are the files? Can I edit them?
Every file is a PDF: letter-size pages, and widescreen (16:9) slide decks. The files are ready to print or project as they are. They are PDFs, not editable PowerPoint or Word files.
How do I get the files?
They're PDF downloads, delivered right after checkout. The download comes as three zip files (about 58 MB in total).
What's your refund policy?
From our refund policy: "Digital products are delivered right after checkout and cannot be returned, so all sales are final once the files have been downloaded." If you were charged twice or a file is broken, missing or wrong, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. If you bought by mistake and haven't downloaded the files, email us within 7 days.
